My recommendation is 50/50. Took my Sorento to be serviced & the staff was friendly. The problem I have is with the Warranty Department CONSTANTLY CALLING ME!!! HARASSING ME about my warranty "about to expire." They have been calling me for years even though I have asked to be taken off their list. Because of this, I MIGHT NOT buy my next car from KIA.
I purchased my vehicle here about 1 1/2 years ago. The service was excellent! I bring my truck to get it serviced & every single time it’s the best customer service!
Mrs. King is excellent, patient and not pushy which is very important! Knowledgeable and I love the performance experience!. Very friendly and fast. Worked diligently with me to get a great deal. I was very specific about what I needed and Mrs Eleese king accommodated me and got a sell out of it. Thanks. Definitely recommend VIVA KIA!!! And don’t forget to ask for ELEESE KING !!!
I had such a pleasant experience from beginning to end! Everybody was so friendly and helpful in every stage of service from sales to finance!
No i do not recommend Viva KiA, I took in my van for service, the battery died, they replaced it but the customer service is awful! They don't bother to offer the courtesy shuttle unless you ask. I purchase my van 15 months ago, the sales people, manager and even the guy at finances acts like he hates the sales people, BS it's part of their game!
