Horrible customer service. I took my truck for an airbag recall and when I got it back, the airbag light turned on and now they don't want to fix it. They want me to pay to fix it. They offered to do the free labor but only if I bought the part. Spoke to the manager Stacy and she said she would call me back in half and hour and it's been 24 hrs and I haven't heard from anyone. My husband and I have been calling and what a surprise, they don't answer.

First time customer, service was a standard oil change/tire rotation. Not a bad place.
a few days ago I took my Jeep(3 months since the purchase) for an oil change and tires inflated and to check on the transmission. My main concern was the tires to be at the right pressure. I’m driving my family on the trip, so is a safety concern. I mentioned this several time to the rep but he seemed more concern on other stuff and not focusing on my needs.
