Sales and finance departments are truly phenomenal....! But their service department....! Literally thee worst experience EVER....! After making an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I waited five hours..... despite having an appointment...! Prior to taking my truck in, I marked my tires just to verify they did in fact rotate them.... and guess what, they were untouched, yet they claim the rotation was performed.....! Shady....! They seriously made Shamaley Ford look good.... if that tells you anything......

I have not brought a car there, so go head and check out their inventory. I would not recommend getting your vehicle worked on or have try to fix it. I Had my truck worked on. Then I had to bring it back for more fixings after I paid them to fix the problem that they still didn't fix. Then they kept it for over 2 months and when I finally got it back it still wasn't fixed, and I had paid them for the second time for the problem I went in for the first time that they didn't fix.
Every one in the service Dept. was very nice. . I had new tires put on my car and it drives really good .
Very poor Customer service. After the car is sold and in your hands, it's a drag to get them to do anything they offer or that they owe you in a timely manner. The disrespect for your time is mind boggling.

I am beyond angry. How do you charge 600.00 for labor when you worked on my vehicle for 3 hours and broke the bolts and nuts on my tire. Someone needs to look into your business practices.
