5 DAYS TO CHANGE AN ALTERNATOR ON MY 2019 JEEP COMPASS, NO LOANER CARS OR RENTAL CARS ON PREMISES. SERVICE WRITER DID NOT ANSWER MY CALL AT THE END OF THE FIRST DAY, HE CALLED ME ON THE 2ND DAY AGAIN AT THE END OF THE DAY, ONLY TO TELL ME THAT MY CAR WAS HAVING ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. MY JEEP DISPLAYED A WARNING SIGN ( STOP SAFELY VEHICLE WILL STOP SOON ) WHEN I TOOK IT IN TO VIVA JEEP
