Ladies and gents. I recommend highly to buy from. Viva. Saul was my salesman and he was excellent. I’m so blessed with my new Jeep and the fact that he delivered to his customer was beyond excellent customer service. It’s all in the way you treat your customers with knowing that the customer can take their business anywhere they like. I kept mine right with Viva after having a horrible experience with Pollard Ford in Lubbock Texas. 🙌🏼💯
5 DAYS TO CHANGE AN ALTERNATOR ON MY 2019 JEEP COMPASS, NO LOANER CARS OR RENTAL CARS ON PREMISES. SERVICE WRITER DID NOT ANSWER MY CALL AT THE END OF THE FIRST DAY, HE CALLED ME ON THE 2ND DAY AGAIN AT THE END OF THE DAY, ONLY TO TELL ME THAT MY CAR WAS HAVING ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. MY JEEP DISPLAYED A WARNING SIGN ( STOP SAFELY VEHICLE WILL STOP SOON ) WHEN I TOOK IT IN TO VIVA JEEP
