Had my Chrysler 200 towed to VIVA Dodge since it was the closest dealership.The gentleman that helped me was Pauly. My car was taken care of in less than 3 hours and he was very, very attentive. Everything was done via phone he even followed up with me. Great Service!

I have a story for you about my experience with Viva Dodge in East El Paso....While my truck was at their facility it was vandalized and my catalytic converter was stolen....They told me they were not responsible and that I needed to handle it with my insurance....Sounds like very shady business practices....We have advised Dodge/ Chrysler about the Situation and an investigation has been opened....People need to know about this....Marcelo Medina Jr Horizon City Texas.....Thanks...

Bought a used vehicle, was out of oil within a week. Trying contact my sales rep Jose Gallegos and no reply or call back. Careful on the used vehicle section there
Took my Wrangler in for an oil change. Had it back in under an hour.
