I just wanted to let you know that every visit ,to the location off Lee Trevino, is a great experience...Lorena in service department is always who I request and she is always professional and knowledgeable. Lorena is very personable and gets my cars (Chrysler 300 & Dodge Charger) in and out as fast as she can! Ralph is great too. When he see me he always makes sure my visit is efficient and pleasant. they're a bunch of shady individuals...specially their finance managers....after buying a 45000 jeep I will never buy from this place ever again.....people need to stay away from this place all together...shop elsewhere before they RIP u off too....
I have to say what a change and pleasant experience we have had with Viva Dodge. Mr Flores is the real deal. Very professional and respectful. He understood our situation and went out of his way to help us. No pressure to force a sale. We highly recommend Viva Dodge give them a second look they are making positive changes.
