This is the worst dealership ever! I took my truck in for warranty work and They had it for 12 days for four hours of work on it. It’s funny how when you go to sign the contract to buy the car they say they’re going to do all these things if the car ever needs service and when it comes down to it they won’t. I’m still waiting for them to reimburse me for the rental car. They refuse to pay even though Ram-Care/Chrysler has ordered them to pay. I should have bought a Chevy or Toyota. Never buying from them again!!

This is just a review as I cant recomend or not recomend until Viva honors their deal they made with me. Bought a used truck from them last Sat for $20,000 on the contingency of them fixing the rear passenger door. Well a week has passed and no one has been willing to help me. The lady who sold me the truck no longer works there and now I have to go up there in person and tey to get what I paid for. I was told by a sales guy my credit would not be ran my husband was my witness, now the guy is claiming I gave him consent. I had confirm twice to him that my credit would not be run he said it twice no today I received notification my credit was ran and paperwork showing it.
