Someone is always willing to help when they are trying to make a sale they continuously call to try and persuade you. But when they have your vehicle in service for a recall for more than 2 months no one is willing to help, we have called numerous times, left voicemails and sent text for service representatives, managers and GM and our messages have been ignored and our calls have not been returned. My Jeep was immediately taken in. I was called within 2 hrs with findings and estimate. I was offered a loaner due to recall. My Jeep was ready when promised with all items resolved.

paid $300 dollars to the service dept. for a problem that was never fixed. my car has a problem with a small sensor and since they couldnt fix it, the gave me the old excuse “ you need a new engine”. my car sat there for almost a month. don’t waste your time and money on this dealership.

Service department is crap gave me hell over a dang headlight to change the lightbulb just because my vehicle was not purchased here ! To think I was considering a trade in ! So disappointment in the staff !!! 1st and last time in this business establishment !!!
