OK But Has Some Issues PROS: GREAT maintenance guys, especially Dave, Dave and Mike. Speedy, friendly, helpful, trustworthy and competent. Best in Nashville. Office staff are great also. Friendly and professional. Pretty place, clean apts, well maintained, repairs done quickly and well. Love the screened-in balcony. Looks upscale. Parking is not reserved but there's plenty of it and it's convenient. Quiet surroundings for an apt complex by the freeway, safe at night with good lighting and watchful residents. Maintenance requests are... (Verified Renter) Maintenance requests are needed to be follow up lot of times, no updates provided. After maintenance, the area becomes dirty, I needed to clean myself. The maintenance is not like it was originally, it's works like patch work.
