I am a... (Verified Renter) I am a new resident to the VaCS community. I thoroughly enjoy living here with one exception: I.e.,the Constant Noise —24/7— from I-65 traffic is most unpleasant! It can be heard from inside my apartment and engaging a quiet conversation or attempting to relax or read while on the patio is impossible. For this reason alone I will not recommend our community.

I believe the... (Verified Renter) I believe the maintenance staff is what keeps existing residents happy. If you don't have a good maintenance staff, residents will complain. Ken and his team do an amazing job. They are so quick to respond and they are very polite and professional. I lived in other apartment complexes and this maintenance team, by far, is the best!

I think because... (Verified Renter) I think because it is an older building there are things that are older - the air conditioner/heater - the floors - are older. Love the screened in porch. Love the trees. The outside stairs are a bit scary to maneuver. Having covered parking of some sort would be awesome (I know that would be expensive!) - Having a place to wash/detail your car would be awesome. Love the trash valet! Wish we had a workout room on our side of the complex!
