I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it because it is a great place if you own a pet with the amenities they have for them. I would say I would not recommend because the rates are very high and the parking is terrible and unmanaged.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend for maintenance absolutely. For noise levels, no. For quality of neighbors- maybe. There are some very nice people here but the clientele has changed and people are less respectful in many ways than before. Trashier, less care with property and dogs.

I love my... (Verified Renter) I love my apartment home here at Viera Cool Springs. The Office Staff has always been professional, courteous, and helpful. The Maintenance Staff is awesome, as well.

Lack of cleanliness... (Verified Renter) Lack of cleanliness at building walkways. Ugly, stains, dead bugs for days....some tenants throw stuff on walkway and somebody has to take care of it. Also smoking ...lot of second hand smoking. Ppl should make sure neighbors are not suffering because of smoking at others Windows. There should be disignated areas for smoking

(Verified Renter) I have recently toured other apartment complexes in the area and was surprised by how many community events they hold to bring residents together (DIY ugly sweater making, outdoor yoga sessions, holiday party). Hoping VCS will add more events so I can get to know my neighbors.
Personally, my neighbors... (Verified Renter) Personally, my neighbors are extremely loud. We have tried a few different tactics, but nothing seems to help. Other than that, the apartment is comfortable.
