We needed a... (Verified Renter) We needed a short term lease and Viera Cool Springs offered exactly what we needed at a price point that was lower than anything else we could find. If we were staying in Franklin longer, we would absolutely choose to live here!

Would recommend because... (Verified Renter) Would recommend because rent is good, amenities are adequate. Would not recommend only due to lack of in unit washer and dryer.
The community has... (Verified Renter) The community has a very safe feel. I work late hours so when i come home (early a.m. hrs), i can ALWAYS find a parking spot. The community is quiet. The pools & gyms are ALWAYS in Great order....I'm very pleased living here. I was able to walk to my daughters high school with her today, THAT WAS GREAT!! I have to Thanks my other daughter for living here 1st, we are neighbors:)... Oh, and we are conveniently located to eats, shopping, highways and more Thank you Lord for this Blessing.

Apartments and grounds... (Verified Renter) Apartments and grounds are nice. Maintenance staff has always been prompt to respond, very competent and thorough. Office staff is friendly and helpful.
