We worked with Andy at Victory to buy our new Ford F150. We absolutely loved our experience! Everyone at the dealership was kind, and went out of their way to make it an awesome experience for us and our toddler. Andy found us an awesome truck, and didn't bombard us with pressure when we needed some time to think. 5 stars for service. 2 for sales I recommend the service department at Victory ford 100%. Nate is an awesome guy and we’ll take care of you with no BS. I wouldn’t buy a truck from there. Walked out multiple times before finally going somewhere else to buy a new F150, the sales manager is very condescending and treated me like I didn’t know what I was doing.
Everyone I encountered was professional. However speed is NOT in their repertoire. 90 minutes past scheduled appointment time and vehicle is not even been pulled into bay. Going elsewhere! (Simple oil change / tire rotate)
