Great customer service from start to finish
I was not happy with the customer service I got when the service Associate call me to tell me my vehicle was ready. I asked him why they did not fix my brake booster. I initially thought it was cover with a recall I learned that was not case. Then I thought it was covered on the extended warranty and that was not case either because of mileage on the vehicle....instead of telling nicely about Ford’s policy he would rather argue me down about what Ford will do and not do...this was my first time coming to this location and if... read more
