Bought my 2020 Explorer ST from them in February. Great buying experience and great service experience every time I’ve been in.
Everyone always friendly and helpful. I enjoy going because they have all the records on my car and I always get super service. The waiting room is very nice with access to TV and selection of hot drinks. always a pleasant experience.
They had exactly what I wanted and a fantastic price. Chris Colwell was awesome throughout the entire process and made my purchase easy. I traveled from Tucson, AZ to buy my truck and it was a worthwhile experience. If Victory was in Tucson, I'd be a lifetime customer. 5 Stars!

We were headed home to Houston when my Explorer had problems. They got it in right away, diagnosed the problem, and got us into a rental so they could fixit. Fabulous customer service. My home dealership could learn a TON from them!
