Went in for an oil change. Was told that the computer shows I need brake fluid change and coolant flush because of my 50,000 mileage. My owner’s manual says nothing about brake fluid change. The manual also says coolant flush at 100,000 miles. I am a female and feel totally violated. Why can’t we ever trust car dealerships! Also is it necessary to rotate tires EVERY time you have an oil change? This has happened the last three times I’ve taken my car in!

The service I receive at Victory is always great. I appreciate the spiritual literature in the waiting area as well. The vending machines aren't expensive and the coffee machine is a nice added touch. I always receive friendly customer service from all the staff.
