Service It is going down hill. I had my oil changed and tires rotated and they didn’t check the tire pressure and this was not the first time. I had the works package and it said they were going to check all of the fluids and tires and wash the vehicle. I did not get a report on it and did not get the truck washed. E
I have been extremely happy with Victory Ford's service department. They welcome me with a smile, make sure that i am taken care of, and make sure they have my car ready in the time given.
