Since 2014 we have bought 4 vehicles from the victory group. and our most recent purchase will be our last one.. purchased a vehicle and they are not upholding their end of the “we owe”.. there is a loud hissing noise coming from the Hvac system and we were promised it would be fixed. They replaced a part that did not fix the problem and now the service manager and the service advisor will not return phone calls and are refusing to fix the problem as promised. slow slow and more slow. when i purchased the truck it took forever because they had an employee meeting. came in for oil change 90 minutes now...work got delayed because of another employee meeting. when i managed stores we had our meetings after or before hours of operation because the customer comes first.

Highly unfortunate that this service department would turn a ford owner away because they have a warranty that was through another dealership. Poor customer service. Poor social interaction. Poor management.
