RecommendedTwo stars at best! Our initial salesman Wes was incredible, no hassle or gimmicks. Easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had. But that’s where the good service ends. Our “new” truck has been back three times for the same issue no AC. First time they over charged, second time more of the same run around repair lasted a few weeks and then went out again. We drove down from Lincoln Nebraska and stopped in St Joseph to look at a identical truck but we were so put off by how filthy the vehicle was and the lack of enthusiasm by the place. Victory Ford was a different story. No pressure, gave us our space and we got what we felt was a fair deal. Highly recommend Victory Ford.

I got exactly what I wanted, and paid the amount I wanted without hassle. Aftermarket guys are great, salesman Cliff took great care of me. Everyone checked in with me a few days later to make sure I was still enjoying the car and all was well. I had a small tire issue in the beginning, they checked it out and replaced it without a fight! After several car purchases, this has been the best experience EVER! Any future purchases will ONLY be done here!
Never had problems with Sales, but Service was another story... See the attached invoice to change the spark plugs and a coil...

Walked in last Thursday, test drove the '18 Fusion. David sat with me and we discussed different options. I said I need to get the wife involved but I need to make a decision. Talk about 0 pressure, Nick the Managee introduced himself and said OK no problem hera re the numbers give us a call.. This is a dealership to do business with.
