Our experience at Victory Ford was awesome! From the initial email contact to informational text messages from Cary Paul, to the test drive and then sitting down with Cary to discuss the trade in of my vehicle and the purchase of our 2015 Ford Explorer, we couldn't have been happier! My experience at Victory Ford was absolutely amazing! I worked with Scott Hiatt and he was beyond wonderful! He was patient, listened to my needs and made me feel comfortable. The finance team was just as great. Everyone worked so hard to make sure everything met my needs and budget. I can't say enough good things about Scott, the finance team and this dealership. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. You will not regret visiting them.
We came back to Victory to exchange our Jeep for a more family friendly car since my husband and I are expecting! Cliff helped us look at a variety of family friendly cars and described in detail the differences between each. They also helped us seek the best deal for the trade. We weren’t sure on our choice so they let us test run a Ford Escape we had our eye on over the weekend and we loved it. Cliff and everyone else were super helpful and nice and didn’t make us feel pressured.
We looked several places before choosing to buy a vehicle. This was BY FAR the best experience. I am so pleased to have purchased here and will do so in the future too. Thank you to Cliff Landsness for a fantastic buying experience.
