I had a wonderful experience! I had been looking around at larger SUV’s and came across a nice Grand Cherokee online here. I was able to make it up the next day to look at it and test drive it. I fell in love with it and started the negotiation process. Super relaxed and didn’t feel pressured at all. Brandon was a wonderful salesman. Called about getting a manual backup key as my mustang was purchased without one. Took off work and scheduled an appointment. At said appointment, I was told I needed to fill out a form in order to get the manual key cut. Had to schedule another appointment and take off work again just to pick up said keys. I don't work nearby, so why wasn't I told I needed to fill out a form? I could have easily done this without having to take off work.
