Double charges for the same vehicle. They were supposed to transfer my vehicle to ******** office. Instead they are doing dipping and won't stop double charging me. They also are charging me for a vehicle I asked several times to be removed. I can never get ahold of anyone at an office here. So I have to call Customer service. Even then they won't do anything. This is the worst insurance company I have ever come across. It’s hard to know where to start with their antics, but I’ll try. 1) they don’t make the claimant whole. They attempted to do a substandard repair on our 80k vehicle, even though their party was fully at fault. Two other body shops said a new bumper is needed and State Farm’s “preferred” body shop wants to put body filler on the bumper so they can save a buck. Almost every home in our neighborhood has been repaired due to wind damage. State Farm’s adjuster came out, then they paid an ‘independent’ engineer to look all to deny our claim stating the damage occurred prior to our purchase and insurance of the home with their company. They made us do a four point inspection with wind mitigation on the roof before they would insure us. I was told then all was good. Now they say the damage is prior to their inspection. Zero stars! I purchased a home in November 2021 and my insurance with State Farm started on January 1, 2022. I had a pipe burst in January; it is now April and the claim is still not resolved. The adjuster, will not return phone or email messages. Had I known that this business was NOT accredited by the BBB, I wouldn’t have done business with them. “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there…” WHAT A JOKE! More like a thief, who steals hard earned money from disabled people. Truly sickening!
I recently switched over to agent Cathy Warren with State Farm and it has been an absolute nightmare. I have never met Cathy Warren, despite requesting to several times but each time, Rhonda & Jackie have both advised me Cathy is on vacation.At first Rhonda was great; however, once she had my money, everything changed for the worse.The reason for the request was due to what I was experiencing with both Rhonda & Jackie. While we cannot share specific details in this public response, our Underwriting Department contacted the complainant on April 4, 2022, to address her concerns. We were unable to resolve this matter to the consumer’s satisfaction, but we will review and consider new information if presented.
I have been with state farm for 10 years and I have always made my payments on time earlier this year my wife hit a deer and a couple months ago she accidently hit a car on a small side street. Now they are dropping my insurance just because I used thr services ive been paying for. This is boarder line for being a scam they will take your money forever but if you cost them any money they will drop you. I should be entitled to a refund for the last 10 years of payments of they just want to drop me like this.
If I could give zero I would. They do not care about their customers and they have terrible customer service and professionalism.each employee will tell you different things and pass the buck. First it is my fault my claim is denied then it’s the shops then I am told that I just need to “move forward” and be happy that my vehicle is near completion of its repairs even though I will have to cough up 600 bucks to repair my vehicle that was damaged by their insured because they do not find all the necessary steps to my vehicle ... read more
A state farm insured hit my son Nov. 2021. My car has front end damage that when you start the car up it sounds like it might explode. After months of searching for repair shop we found one. The end of Jan we were told that bcs the car was not safe to drive we would be put in a rental. we were put in a rental & a check was mailed out for estimate repairs. We have called the repair shop weekly to be told that parts were on back order. Now today I receive a call from rental car place that State Farm stop paying for the rental ... read more
