I've been with State Farm for over a decade. During this time my monthly bill fluctuated drastically from month to month and no matter how many hours I spent on the phone with agents, they could not get the issue resolved consistently nor could they explain the billing to me. On many occasions they would do a full financial analysis in order to prove I was not being overcharged, which of course took days since the whole system is a disaster. Do NOT pay these people money because they will take it and say you don't have insurance. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company!! Now I am stuck with no car and I made a payment 14 days ago. There is still NO payment showing up on my account. It has processed through my bank and I have a receipt and no resolution.
If ZERO was an option for review... that would be my choice. I am a Loyal State Farm (SF) client since 1976. Did NOT select Michael Hebert as agent. For some reason my business was given to him automatically after prior agent retired/passed. Held auto, renter & home ins with them my entire life. I had an auto insurance policy with the State Farm agent K. Modesitt of V*** ****** **. Due to uncompetitive State Farm's premiums, I switched to another company effective October 01, 2021. On September 13, 2021,I requested State Farm to cancel my policy effective October 02, 2021. Ms. Marie ******* from K. Ive had State Farm car insurance and homeowners insurance for 25 years in **** ****** . My car premium has been going up at a ridiculous amount. Shame on me for staying with them for as long as I have and trusting them to be honest ! I have been paying $15,000 a year for 5 cars which ran me around $1250-$1300 a month . I called ***and got a quote for $7200 a year . That’s a huge difference which leads me to believe they are ripping people off so badly and I’d like to know what I can do about it?
State Farm Claims depart is horrible. I am a 30-year customer that got hit in an auto accident. not only did they treat me like they couldn't care a less they never looked into my claim and said I was a fault for rear-end collision. They wrote down I violated a vehicle code that does not even exist in the state of **. When I called them out they just ignored me and never returned phone calls and the agent we have is useless and not helpful at all.

State Farm, well I can tell your this we have not gotten the "******* ******* Service", that is for sure. We Roof damage, a broken window, and hail damage from a storm that happen in December of 2021. It is now April 2022 and State Farm has not helped us but took 500.00 deposit and did nothing. The first person they sent to the house came over and then told us they don't do residential work so that made no sense. State Farm’s clams don’t care to do there job , was told to down load a app and send pic and info .
