State farm insurance had record profits last year, in fact so much so that the CEO got a $5 million bonus. And yet they continue to go up on our premiums! I am an older man on fixed income of less than $11,000 a year Social Security. I cannot work because I have a hip replacement surgery that has caused more problems that can’t be fixed. State farm supports fraud andnaids and abets criminals. They have a fiduciary duty to me and the public a implied contract. I reported insurance fraud to them 22 days ago, thier stance is. It's your problem. By them not reporting this major crime they have failed not only me, you the public as well. Horrible customer service. Have been trying to get a claim taken care of, each of my 4 calls so far have promised a deadline and then when I call back because I’ve heard nothing they state they’re at “high volume” of supplements and hopefully tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and that request takes 24-48 hours?? My car has been ready at the dealership but they advised me not to pay because they won’t pay me back, won’t pay for a rental long enough to cover this time and now just are too busy apparently. Agents completing Rental Dwelling Property Policies without customer notification, and information on rental property not accurate. When speaking to agents at the local office and corporate office, they were very rude, demeaning, and issue not resolved. Cancelled the policy they stated I started, and went with another company. Have a Life Insurance policy with them, that I've had for a while, don't want to cancel because of the length of time I've had it.

Customer service was 1 out of 10... they dropped me told me sorry and then offered four times the amount for me to start back up. I had two cars sold one and wanted to remove one of the cars off my policy. They did both of them. I didnt get a letter in the mail or anything. I call them to tell them what happen and and all I got was "sorry". They didnt even research to see if what I was saying was conceivable or not. It took me a few months to see as it was direct draft from my account. I had been with them for a long time fo... read more
