This insurance company will do anything to deny claims to protect themselves from paying a dime. They ignore all supporting evidence, police reports and photos. They will do anything to deny fault and refuse to pay.

A lady with State Farm insurance hit my vehicle and it was clearly her fault. She even received a ticket for running a green light but I was told by her insurance that they are only going to cover 70% of cost of my car which was around $5000. And that the rental( that I have to pay 30% of) can only be rented for 5 days. It will take 7 days to get the money for my accident from State Farm because they have to send the paperwork via *** and I have to send it back through ***after I sigh. Please stay away from this insurance company They will pay a claim in full and you will have to hire an attorney and fight for months. There so many other good companies out there to choice from do not make the mistake I did.. Life lesson learned.....

Horrible customer service and cancels a plan without notification. I have receipts for payments, and my account was never past due. Yet they canceled my insurance two days after the auto withdrawal was to be pulled. I noticed it didn't so I paid online. Even with confirmation and receipts for payments, they canceled my coverage without notice. How is this legal?!
