Dr. Esh, Caroline and all the staff saved my dogs life. They all went above and beyond to help. There are not enough words to express my thanks and appreciation for the miracle.
Shame on you for trying to charge a Paradise Fire victim $3,000 to treat her dog for a cough. The dog was sent to you from the Chico Airport, the owner did not even know where the dog was and did not authorize treatment. Shame on you for charging this much to someone who just lost everything in that fire!! And word is you are receiving donations to help pets that come to you from the Paradise Fire. Shameful. I will never bring an animal to your hospital. Disgusting.
VCA Has a dedicated staff who are attentive to both 2-and 4-legged creatures. Their love is evident in the round-the-clock care they have given to the victims of the Camp fire.
