Literally no help at all. The girl was so rude on the phone. I told her that I was worried my dog had a concussion and I didn't know what to do she wouldn't give any advice at all. She just told me he might have brain damage. Not even in a concerned way. She had no sympathy at all. If you don't care about animals lady find a new job. When I told her I was worried that he might not wake up she told me to drive to redding. Have a fricken heart lady. First time pet owner here. Worst experience ever. I just want to say that this veterinary was very helpful we had a sick dog Tinker Bell and they did all they could to save her but in the end she had to be put down The compassion that the staff had was amazing And the doctor that helped us she was very helpful I would recommend this place to anyone

Valley Oak is an amazing hospital. They took such good care of my Cockatoo who went in on emergency Sunday. Dr. Dohner is amazing and always willing to sit and answer question even though I called a billion times to check on my bird while he was kept there, they were patient and sympathetic.

My visit on 8/27 was end of life care for my elderly dog. This was not my first time they have helped me. They always treat me and my fur baby with the utmost respect. You get a room away from others, there is a nice couch, you can hold your baby, you can say good bye as long as you want. This is never an easy thing to decide that your pet is suffering and to end their life is keeping them from any further pain.But they provide the emotional support that helps you be at ease.
