I've never had a bad experience here. They are kind and send letters as an extra sweet surprise. They are the only people in Chico who can see reptiles (they have a exotic specialist Monday, wednesday and sunday) so they have a special place in my heart already.

Used to really love this vet clinic but have been continually let down . The prices are about the same as other vets in town and past few visits have had to wait over 2 hours to be seen . Maybe more doctors on staff would help
