This is my first time ever at Valley Oak, five stars all the way!! My lil Lucy was viciously attacked by a German Shepherd, all the staff treated my dog, my son and myself like family, very patient, caring and loving staff! Dr. Smith was totally awesome and treated my Lil Lucy like she was a star! And a big thank you to Kayleigh, I don’t know what I would of done with out you being there! You totally rock and we love you, thanks! And big thanks to everyone at Valley Oaks!!!

Only because you can't leave a - stars got home from work and something attached my dog he had cuts on leg sides and a bad cut deep in chest through shin you could see the muscle took him here because it was after 5 and they were only ones open it took 30 mins for them to get him to a exam room even though the place was empty once in exam room took 2 hour for them to look at him they put a towel on ground for him to stand on worse vet ever it good he was only dripping a little blood or he would have bleed to death waiting fo... read more

This place was really friendly and nice. We had to bring our dog ( Maggie) in , when she was having seizures. We came in at closing hours, so it was the emergency room. Everyone was friendly and the wait wasn’t too long. We brought her in the next day when her condition was getting worse and the people were nice and got her in pretty fast. Sadly our poor Maggie condition didn’t get any better and we had to put her down. I am a VCA customer and have been for 7 yrs, I have been referred to this facility because my girl Emma needs to see Dr Spina ( she has a knee injury), upon arrival we were asked if we needed anything by the staff. Gabby came in to get her temp she was so kind. Dr Spina came in wanted to see her walk and a few other things after he took a look at her Dr came in drew me a diagram of what was going on.
