I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. After a very bad experience at another clinic, I brought my dog Delilah to Valley Oak Veterinary Clinic where she received excellent care! Delilah had to have oral surgery and the staff was so compassionate and considerate of her timidity and my anxiety about her surgery! We were referred to Valley Oak to see Dr. Spina. He was great! He answered as many questions as I could throw his way, drew a diagram of my dog’s leg that needed surgery and explained the whole process. He called personally after the surgery and let us know what he did and how it went. The discharge process was very well done. Trenton took us into a side room and walked through the instructions and made sure we understood, answering any and all questions along the way. Was not even able to get my animal in for a surgical repair since the ladies in scheduling were so rude. Wouldn’t even recommend calling this place.
