Called them just now and was put on hold and connected to a voicemail and no one was there so it gave me the option to reach the front desk again, was put on hold again, then someone answered and I could hear background talking and then was put back on hold and then sent to the same voicemail. So irritated. This was after being told to wait 3 hours then bring my dog into north point, then they told me no I needed to take her to this place. We were referred to Valley Oak to see Dr. Spina. He was great! He answered as many questions as I could throw his way, drew a diagram of my dog’s leg that needed surgery and explained the whole process. He called personally after the surgery and let us know what he did and how it went. The discharge process was very well done. Trenton took us into a side room and walked through the instructions and made sure we understood, answering any and all questions along the way.
