Our dog we thought broke his leg, the staff and bet were all so helpful and caring. Thnakfully he did not. Love the care we received!
Called them just now and was put on hold and connected to a voicemail and no one was there so it gave me the option to reach the front desk again, was put on hold again, then someone answered and I could hear background talking and then was put back on hold and then sent to the same voicemail. So irritated. This was after being told to wait 3 hours then bring my dog into north point, then they told me no I needed to take her to this place. But clearly I can’t get through to anyone so my puppy is having to wait until Monday t... read more
