My cat had to have a bilateral fho surgery, and from diagnosis through to coming home post op, the staff have been fantastic. Dr Smith and Brittany for making sure he was comfortable and checking in with us while we waited for a surgery date. Dr Spencer and Shelly for taking Amazing care of him during and after, calling to tell me how he was and following up. Dr Spina for calling me back to talk about my concerns and making it an easy solution for Grimms discomfort. Thank you all so much!

My Roofus came to them with walnut mold toxicity. Severe tremors, panting, fever, etc. The staff immediately took him upon my arrival and began to treat him. The front desk girls were so comforting and supportive. They were available by phone through the night for any updates.. the next morning I was able to take my best friend home. From the Dr to the lady who took my payment, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the best!
Horrible Customer Service, Overpriced, and waited 3 hours before walking out...they let a sick dog walk around the lobby and literally was pooping everywhere for at least 2hours of my wait time...unless it is an extreme emergency and they are the only one open you will never see me in there...
The whole staff has been fantastic to our pets. They treated our cat Gilbert like a rock star for 2.5 months after the Campfire, healing his burns and loving him like we would(especially Shannon!) we can't thank them enough for everything 💛
Two Dead cats, you delete my review because YOU failed them.
My 18 y/o cat had reached his end of life. After a very difficult morning I called them because no vets were available in Oroville. The person on the phone treated me with such kindness. She said to bring him in when I was ready. I brought him in and they immediately brought me to a quiet room to spend time with him. They explained every step. I never felt rushed.
