Unfortunately my father's dog had to be put to sleep late night Monday due to a major tumor that recently grew at a rapid rate causing him to not be able to eat or use the bathroom. The staff helped very much during such a hard time in my family's life. They allowed my dad to have all the time he needed for his goodbyes and prepared everything prior to make it go as quick and painless as possible. The staff was very nice and helpful! Thank you!
My parents dog got attacked by another dog. Valley oaks got her into surgery really fast and saved her life. They are so friendly and compassionate. Thank you so much for taking care of my parents little dog!

They were AMAZING as always!! We were a walk in but we didn't have to wait to long and everyone was very friendly. I wouldn't change our choice of vet for the world at this time, they would be hard to top.
Our experience was based on a traumatic emergency after our baby was attacked by four dogs. The customer service was hand down the best you could ask for. They took excellent care of our dog and continued to do so with all the appointments (and drop ins) afterward. We may be switching vets based on this experience alone.

This isn't going to be the best place for everyone to take their pet. You don't always get that instant recognition and attention that you get in smaller practices and, yeah, sometimes there is a long wait time even if you have an appointment. That said, I'm not taking my Chihuahua any place else. Ever. These people have been the greatest through a very difficult time. They are one and all polite, helpful and knowledgeable. AMAZING team of specialists, surgeons and support staff! In the event of emergency; especially holiday or after hours mishaps, this is the place to take your pets for top notch and immediate care. After spending $700 in a week for a geriatric checkup and vaccinations, I was given 2 months worth of expensive medication that my dog was allergic to after 2 doses. Called to tell the doctor about the issue, waited on hold for 10 mins, only to have to call back. Called back and was told that I need to come in (hour drive) and that the wait was minimal. The worst clinic I have ever been to...... ever!!!!!! The staff are dismissive and rude and snarky! The wait times are beyond ridiculous! I will never go here again! I will drive somewhere else if need be! The care wasn't even good spent over 600.00 for a metatarsal pad rip and after 3 monthes it ripped open so went to my regular vet and had to have it removed another huge bummer, now I called on christmas eve 3 times got the run around and informed that it would cost 175.00 to look at the bandaging (I think the splint shift... read more
