I've never seen such rude people that work with animals. I have an older cat on palliative care. I emailed the vet about some refills, not one response. I also called and spoke to someone and and told her my situation. She seemed concerned and said she would leave word with the Dr. Not one phone call back to me. And this vet know my cats history. I'm so disappointed in the lack of empathy that was given to me. I will move on to another vet.

Yesterday I brought my border collie mix in after she fell down a few steps. The front staff was attentive and Dr. Martin was very kind and knowledgeable. They even called the next day to check I. On my little girl. I would recommend them to anyone that is need of urgent care.

I'd like to thank Dr. Piotrowski, Joanna, Philicity, and C.J. for being so understanding. On 3/14 my son had to make a tough decision about his cat Scamper. The from the moment we got there everyone was so sympathetic for my son and his cat. They answered all our questions and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. Thank you again.

I've been going to VCA since 2002, back when it was simply Boston Road Animal Hospital. I had to take my Lacey Jaye to the emergency room on Friday because of an ear infection. Dr. Martin took care of my girl. I find them to be efficient, kind, caring to my girl. Thru the years they've taken care of my 5 dogs, all have received excellent care. I would never go anywhere else.
Yesterday my 13 year old 85 lb lab/shepherd mix had some sort of neurological event, out of nowhere she couldn't stand and was falling over like a drunken sailor, nothing like that ever happened before so naturally it was very scary. We piled into the car despite the blizzard and drove to Springfield after calling ahead from Westfield. I was really emotional and thought this might be my girl's last day with me.
