I brought my dog here for an emergency visit because my regular vet was closed. After $1,100 he was still sick and showing no signs of improvement. I brought him to my regular vet 4 days later, they prescribe him medication and he does a complete 180. I will NEVER bring my dog here again. They overcharge you and don't treat the problem!
I went in on Saturday morning with my yorkie , she was diagnosed with pyometria. We honestly weren't expecting to have to pay so much money but our Lola is priceless and fortunately they accepted Care Credit. Brought my kitten in for emergency treatment. We were treated with kindness and respect by each member on staff with whom we had an encounter. Emmanuela offered snacks and conversation. Michael was marvelous and helped eased my tension over my kitten. I wouldn't hesitate to return.
I did review and then deleted it and I'm reposting. I thank you for doing what you did for my cat minimally. And charging me 306.00 for putting him on oxygen,putting him on pain meds and on a iv I think we were there for maybe 3 hours mostly because I was crying and couldn't afford option one or two that you had given me. Your third option was death which im not sure I could afford either. My only choice is to take my cat back the way that he was and you wouldn't even give them back to me till I paid the $306 to transfer him... read more
El servicio es bueno, pero los precios son exageradamente alto.
I appreciate all that was done for my dog Zeus during is unfortunate stay in the ER. He is on the mend and resting. Dr. Walsh, Dr. Alwood and Kathy Taverna did an excellent job communicating prior and post stay, and resolving concerns we had.
