Nothing but positive things to say about this place. They saw my Gib was in distress and got her in right away. Staff was very friendly. Great experience.
They are a rip off. My dog was hit by a car and I was told to bring him to Boston road. I took him there and they said he was badly hurt, so we had to leave him there for xrays in which you have to pay for an over night stay plus xrays before you left. We asked if we could see him and they brought him to us on a leah. I thought he was badly hurt meaning he couldn't walk. Well the next day they said they had to do another xray which means another night stay and xray fee. Call my vet who was not open the day he got hit and he ... read more

I came to them with my precious pup in pain and need of help. They were considerate of my emotions and his pain. Especially after having to give us a life ending diagnosis for our pup, they were even more attentive, caring and offered the most respect I've ever seen an animal given at a doctor's office. I will always use this hospital for any future animals we have.

On Thursday I had to bring my English bulldog colt in because I thought he was dehydrated, turns out unfortunately his condition was worse than that. After staying overnight we decided that it was best to have him put down. The staff there was great and provided great quality care to my boy Colt. Thanks so much to everyone involved in his care.

Attention all one-star reviewers! I will be sharing a very expensive and sad story within the next few days of how my parents were taken to the cleaners by this "Hospital". I think if we collectively approach the Massachusetts Attorney General's office, we can affect some real change in how this place does business, because the general theme in all of these negative reviews seems to center on the business preying on people who are unknowledgeable on the topic of veterinary medicine in the name of profit.
