7 hours later to find out my dog fractured his toe, as well as 800 dollars later. Will be contacting someone about this. Hopefully this is just a one time thing. I was offered two hundred back for this issue and raised the review, but still would like to know why it was such a long wait.

On Friday 9-22-17, I had called to have my dog's prescription for her thyroid medication filled (script only since I buy it online). I was told they could not fill the script without seeing her since she hasn't been seen in a while (understandable). I was told to go in the next day (Saturday) between 8am-3pm into the "Emergency Room" but that I would be charged the cost of a regular visit. The Hospital in way OVER priced! It's 118.00 just to walk through the door! I had X-rays done they were 205.00 plus ANOTHER 150.00 for a Radiologist to read them and 89.00 for an Ultrasound and 37.00 for ONE shot of potocin so I walked out with a bill of 600.The vet this time was VERY nice as my last visit in March of 2016 was a severely BAD experience as they killed 3 kittens but letting a mom sit there for 8 hours before giving her shots of potocin as when I brought her in at 3:30pm on a Wed and never left until 12 hours l... read more
I hope I never HAVE to go here again. It took us 4hrs from start to finish for them to look at our cats eye. The discharging with papers & meds took about 1 1/2hrs. Unreal how slow they are & it wasn't busy (9pm- got out at 130am).

This place is a major rip off. The vets there are all about the $$$$. If you are not wealthy your pet will get crap care. Left here went to my vet as soon as he opened. one simple test told him spinal cord injury , and no hope to turn it around. They got fixated on something she never had ,and wouldnt budge from that! I still lost my baby, but I lost her with people who cried with me , and hugged me. Here zero compastion NO HEART just give us MONEY!

We brought our cat in today and ended up deciding to put her down because was the kindest thing to do given her poor prognosis. Dr Sharber and the staff members we dealt with were kind, honest, and respectful and did everything they could to make our cat's passing as comfortable as possible. It was a bad day but I appreciate their work.
