PLEASE SHARE. Our pets deserve the best care. They said my dog just had inflammation and sent her home with meds. She died on my living room floor the next morning 💔 $460 and what did they do?! They said she was healthy. Healthy dogs don’t die 12 hours later. PLEAS SHARE so your pet gets the best care. They are family. Our hearts are broken. Took dog to vet because she was not feeling well. Vet sent her home. She needed a few days of rest she had inflammation under her shoulder area. The next day dog passed away. Dr. gave her a shot for the pain. poor April was not checked for the right thing. Only if they would’ve took a blood test we might still have our April. May she rest in peace. But please for emergencies do not go there. There is a 24 hour emergency veterinarian in Deerfield mass wish we would’ve known.

I'm very disappointed in their service they have great doctors but their staff in the office is very rude very disrespectful . This hospital is all about making the money they don't care about the pets they don't care about any services that I provided to the pet. The management of this Hospital in the chain of this Hospital needs to be more understanding towards the needs the people who have pets. RecommendedFelt a little uncomfortable how one Particular Receptionist Kept staring at me. Also after my baby Oreo was seen it took 3hrs before they put my discharge plan together! They doctor was very caring and compassionate to my Oreo I really Appreciated her! Very caring Woman

All the staff and the Dr. Were amazing and provided great care to our beloved Chloe. They were gentle and supportive when we had to say goodbye. They all went above and beyond. I was so devastated I couldn't recall names but each one of them were amazing. Thank you for everything you did.

I felt things were very badly handled. I was there for just under 4 hours and in all that time all they did was take 1 xray and 1 blood test which supposedly took only 10 min. They put you in this little room and forget about you. The people were nice enough but the way things are handled are the worst. Next time I am going to Greenfield. It's worth the extra drive time.

Thank you SO much to Boston Road Animal Hospital for the absolute most professional and caring treatment for our beautiful dog and also to us during the most difficult time of us having to put her down due to cancer.
