RecommendedMy sweet baby Jack , scratched his eye and they took great care of him. We brought his brother Hudson, for moral support and the staff was just as nice to him even though he wasn’t the patient. We left with an antibiotic and pain meds. Jack had also been neutered, had his nares done and a liver biopsy there in November and I was completely out of my mind. Nothing but professional and caring staff here at the hospital. Last Thursday night (2/28) we unfortunately had to euthanize our 14.5 year old dog Sandi and Dr Decker was tremendous. We cannot express how grateful we are of her and her assistants.
Took my dog to the ER today and I am so happy and impressed with the level of service. Everyone was kind, patient, informative, friendly, and helped me very quickly. A+, thank you so much for taking such great care of my dog and putting her at ease!!
They did an amazing job saw us quickly and took very good care of our baby

I am a referring Veterinarian and tried to refer an emergency surgery to VCA Boston Road Animal Hospital yesterday and was told they did not have a surgeon on that could perform a C-Section. This is completely unacceptable, and they should not be able to call themselves an "Emergency Hospital" if they can not handle emergencies!
My puppy was sick with seizures for a few months and ended up having to be put down for his best interest. One of the staff members Bethany was there for me the entire time and was incredibly kind and helpful during the difficult time. She made everything easy and was a great shoulder to cry on. I recommend coming here for excellent staff and care.

I have come to VCA Boston Road for their emergency services for our cats several times over the last few years. I was recently in for an emergency with one of our senior cats who was very sick. I am so thankful that VCA Boston Road is there for me when I need them. I hope they return to 24 hours soon. My cat ended up having pancreatitis and the care we received was excellent. I had 2 senior dogs that I needed to help cross over. Oliver in 2015 and Gracie in 2018. They were highly compassionate, kind and gentle. I truly appreciate the help and support they provided to me and my fur kids during a most difficult & heartbreaking time.
