We were there for a sad reason to find out if our greyhound had a mass. He did and it had ruptured and he was bleeding internally. I want to say that every single staff member was compassionate, respectful of our needs and our dog's and helped in anyway they could to make his passing a peaceful one.

Horrible experience & Unprofessional staff. My pup came to you in dire need of medical attention & you couldn’t do anything for her, when your supposed to be an Emergency Veterinarian. You charged me an arm & leg just to be seen, didn’t administer proper meds or diagnosis. And to top it off no one ever returned a phone call after hours of being there. I didn’t wanna dare go to you to begin with, never again I wouldn’t recommend anybody take there pets-animals to you Period

They were wonderful, the vet was very nice. My dog wasn't doing to good. They let us spend time with him before putting him to sleep. They were sympathtic. Would go there again.
Excellent care provided for my dog Lilly who stayed overnight Thursday for IV therapy.

Facility uses increase of medications & numerous procedures to inflate cost. Only vet open 24/7 therefore, can charge whatever they desire. My first print out was for $3,000, after refusing, next was $2,000. When I suggested procedure be done & would take my cat home with me, I was given yet another print out of $1,100! Beware!

Amazing staff, absolutely professional and genuinely care about what they’re doing. I have yet to find a hospital or doctor’s office for humans that does what these folks do...2 calls with updates daily plus text messages. Our cat is in great hands!
