Great staff! Friendly and helpful. Took me right in when my dog wasn't feeling well.
I've been coming here for over 25 years. I love Dr. Mellon, she's so compassionate and knowledgable. The staff is just so helpful and caring when you come in especially during an emergency when you're so stressed. They are the best!

Spent 4 hours there with my sick dog, was never seen and walked out. Numerous people that came in after us were seen and discharged before we left. (Clearly not life threatening issues). Went to South Deerfield next day, we were taken in right away and back on the road home in 3 hours after my dogs surgery. Will never go to Boston Road again. South Deerfield was fabulous to us and our dog. Well worth the trip.
