A few days ago I left an unfavorable rating I'm giving a more favorable rating the problem has been corrected and we are satisfied many thanks
My car had issues with the running boards. It was serviced two times to fix the problem, and still had issues. I finally contacted Bill Hardin in the services department. He understood my frustration and brought my car in for a third time. He was able to address the issue and made a very frustrating situation positive. Bill Hardin exemplifies great customer service and Varsity Lincoln should be happy to have him as employee. Because of him, my car will continue to be serviced by Varsity Lincoln. Thanks Bill.
First time there it was for an airbag recall. As I dropped it off service said they may need it over night. I said no, not exceptable. I don't have another car right now. The service man tried to tell me they were fully booked. I said not my problem that you all over booked yourself. I would like a manager. In the end my vehicle was done by 2:30. Would have been a 5 star had the gal who booked the the repair said that was a possibility and not "about 6 hours".
I can not say enough nice things about this dealership. We were in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and they have a very large selection of Certified Pre-Owned. Everyone there is helpful, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. They really understand the meaning of good customer service. The vehicle we liked was offered at a competitive Kelly BB price, plus the warranty was excellent. October of 2016 I took my car in to get an oil change and I inquired on prices for new windshield wipers. The sales rep quoted me a price and I mentioned it was quite low for the type of car I have. The sales rep said it was correct price until I come pick up the car and the wiper blades ended up being double the price he quoted me.
