My lease was almost up on my Ford Edge and I just stopped by to take a look at a few of their cars. They have a huge lot with so many cars you can spend the whole day just looking at them. But fortunately I had a list, I hooked up with Mario and two and a half hours later my Ford Edge had been turned in, and I was driving out with a 2016 MKZ. Based on yesterday's experience I would definitely give them 5 stars. Everybody was really competent at their jobs, I felt I got a fair price, for a fully loaded car.
If you are in need of service to your car don't let them find the codes for you. They charge $110 to plug their car code reader machine in to tell them what to fix. Just buy the gizmo (car code reader) on amazon for 17$ and bring the codes in with your car. SAVE YOUR SELF $110!!
