I was helped my Jim to lease my very first Lincoln. He got me the MKZ that I wanted for a good rate. The whole experience was extremely pleasant.
The service is fast, friendly and superior..Don't inparticularly like watching "The View" but there are many neat things to look at around the shop; good coffee to drink while you wait. Friendly people, nice cars, how could you ask for anything more? GREAT service!
Roger in service was the real MVP today. I went to a Ford dealership to have the works done and realized I didn't have the lug nut key for tire rotation. He said "bring it in here and we'll take care of you". Thank you Roger!
I actually stopped in to just get some straight information on a lease that was out of miles and still had a few months to go. I was greeted and helped by the right person. Jeff not only truthfully told me options, he had a great deal. No joke, it was the best deal I could have hoped for going from a fusion to a Mkz.
