Had my first oil change for my new Lincoln today. Car was picked up from my work and dropped back off for me. In addition, they cleaned the inside and out and gave me a bouquet of fresh flowers. Great service!!
Lincoln MKC-Have had amazing experiences here! Waiting room is great. They let you know in advance what's under your warranty BEFORE they do the service. Ive had tires replaced...oil changes...recalls fixed..defective part replaced..rental car assistance--all good. Only issue (thus the 4) is making appointments online... you would make you think they were booked until next year. They aren't. Kinda frustrating to have to call and hold and scroll calendars, when the online process should alleviate that.

Didn't rotate tires like they were supposed to,and car had mud splashes after washing. A Little pissed to say the least
