Service Department (Brandon Sobiesiak) took good care of me and my 2012 Fusion Sport. It needed a water pump replaced. Normally a really BIG job and not inexpensive! They turned it around in ONE DAY (the estimate was up to 3 days), and managed to even find a way to save me $$$! Thanks Brandon!! I'm still thinking about the Taurus SHO I saw in the lot. I may be back!!!
absolute finest organization i have dealt with for a vehicle from beginning to end . did our test drive back to minnesota and it rode better than our cadiliac escalade .everyone from top to bottom was a joy to work wth .after my 6 year warentiy expires and i am still able to drive , i will be knocking on their door. The body shop is the worst I've ever dealt with!! My car was in an accident in January... still not fixed !! It's been back more than once... it was given back to me incomplete everytime! I still have primer on areas of my car that were not even part of the repair!!! I get no calls from them like I'm told I will and the shop manager Rudy will not help either.... I get no response from him either. NEVER USE THIS SHOP!
Everything was good till I noticed my door was scratched. They got some out but you can still see the deeper one. They were nice to buff some of it out but I would of rather not have the scratch.
We had a such a positive experience getting into our Navigator Reserve with our salesman, Jim Salloum. It was such a smooth process and Jim could not have been any more helpful and knowledgeable. We are so happy to be back into an American made car. Would definitely recommend Jim and Varsity Lincoln to anyone we know! Thank you!!!!
