They have concierge service for oil changes & other car problems and you get a car to use when you get these services. The body shop is exceptional too. Everything ! They do understand what a customer is, in the showroom and the service department. I am currently leasing a Ford Escape from another dealership. And decided to take my car to varsity Lincoln to have “The Works” done on my vehicle because it is closer to my house. And I was very impressed with the customer service and maintenance service performed at varsity Lincoln. Now I will continue to go there for Maintenance work. Also considering leasing a Lincoln from varsity as well. I highly recommend varsity Lincoln.
Me and my wife had a wonderful time at Varsity Lincoln in Novi and Denise Baiardi was wonderful and patient with us in helping us choose a Lincoln and we ended up buying a Grey 2019 Lincoln MKC Reserve and my wife absolutely loves it. I enjoyed my experience in buying a car from Varsity. I left feeling that I had made a good purchase and that I had received a good deal. My salesman Ben was a gentleman and very helpful, he was kind enough to let me bring my car back in to get some touch up on minor scratches as well.
