The entire sales experience was smooth as glass. My salesmen Kevin McCarthy was wonderful. No pressure, no gimmicks, very pleasant. The deal was closed in about 20 minutes. Enjoyed meeting the service manager and my "computer' training from Kevin.
RecommendedI leased my new Lincoln MKC from salesman, Kevin McCarthy. It was a pleasant experience and I will go there again. We decided on the vehicle and came back the next day to sign papers and pick up my vehicle. It all took less than an hour. He showed us all the upgrades from my previous MKC, programmed my phone to sync with the car and the APP.

Ordered a part for my Lincoln on July 23rd. After weeks of calling the service department, parts and the service manager I finally got someone to return my call only to find out there is still no ETA on arrival!
