Lease Beyond Death If you lease a vehicle from this Dealership, you're locked by THEIR lease company into paying even if you can't drive anymore...that's the caliber of product they sell. Trying to get THEM to assist, and you'll get the runaround IF they decide to call you back. You can do much better with Dealership that doesn't take advantage of the elderly and couldn't care less about your historical purchasing loyalty...unless you're buying another car.
Took my car in for a repair, and they replaced my personal license plate cover with their own, Varsity Lincoln cover without ANY sort of permission. Sounds like a real sleazy move to have my vehicle advertise their location. I want my original license plate cover back along with compensation for my advertising on your behalf.
Varsity Lincoln is the greatest dealership with the best customer service. Especially Pat Stevens and the service department.
