Johnathan Lester was my daughters salesman and words cannot express the joy he has brought to my daughter!!! He was very attendant, professional and made her buying process easy... He gets 100 stars for the five star customer service he gave. He even provided complimentary snacks and drinks during and after the process. The sales team was wonderful. Sadie and Benny had amazing personalities and did their best. I am disappointed with management. I was told I could get a certain price and 3 days later they changed that amount. When a manager says they can do $41,000 out the door and then it goes up to $42,500... that is shady. Sorry but my $41,000 will go to another dealership. Again though, if you go ask for Sadie or Benny... they are amazing.
My wife had her inspection done there yesterday with other minor repairs. They ended up charging our bank 72 dollars twenty five total times. We had to call our bank to reject 24 of those charges but lost that money for a day. Can’t understand how that could happen.
